Right of withdrawal (statutory)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. See our terms and conditions for the full conditions of this right of withdrawal.

Return procedure

1. Email info.yrventures@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you the return address.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. The package must arrive in good, unused condition at the provided return address.

Refund conditions

• Refunds are issued after we've confirmed the package was received back in good condition.
• If the package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Please make sure you agree to the return address, shipping costs, and these conditions before sending back your package.
